Return and Refund Policy

Conditions for Returns

  • Our policy allows for a 30-day window from the date of purchase. After this period, regrettably, we are unable to provide full refunds or exchanges.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box.
  • To complete your return, we require an invoice or receipt or proof of purchase to exchange your products.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will get an email notification after receiving your returned item to notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A refund will be issued within 7 business days, to the original form of payment, minus shipping costs.

Goods that are exempted from being returned:

  • Perishable items: Foods, chocolates, baby foods, mixed nuts, honey, chips, beverages, juices, and drinks.
  • Frozen Items: Products like paratha, milk, sausages, nuggets, samosa, and other frozen goods.
  • Fridge Items: Insulin, vaccines, suppositories, and similar refrigerated products, Syrups, injectable medicines, and other delicate products.
  • Electronics Items: Battery, digital thermometer, glucometer machine, glucometer strips/lancets, and weight scale.
  • Personal Items: Condoms, pregnancy/fertility kits, diapers, sanitary napkins, face masks, and similar personal products are non-returnable Fragile items such as syrup, inject-able medicine etc.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift items.
  • Some health and personal care box.

Refunds:

  • To complete your refund, we require an invoice or receipt or proof of purchase to exchange your products.
  • Once your goods is received and inspected, you will get an email notification to notify you of the approval or rejection regarding refund.
  • If your return is approved, then the refund will be processed, and we will exchange your return products or you may purchase other goods by using the return amount.

Exchanges:

  • We only exchange items which are sold from XPRESS PHARMA official webpage or physical outlet if there are authentic proof of exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 2/A, Monipuripara, Tejgaon, Dhaka-1215.

Shipping return:

  • To return your product, you should send your product to our address: 2/A, Monipuripara, Tejgaon, Dhaka-1215
  • Purchaser will be responsible for paying for his own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • For exchanging product, depending on your location it may take time to receive.
