Pharmacology
Salicylic Corrosive encompasses a powerful keratolytic & a slight sterile activity when connected topically to the skin. In moo concentrations, the medicate has keratoplastic movement (rectification of irregular keratinization) & in higher concentrations, the medicate has keratolytic action (causes peeling of skin). Salicylic Corrosive mollifies & crushes the stratum corneum by expanding endogenous hydration (water concentration), likely since of diminished pH, which causes the cornified epithelium (horny layer of the skin) to swell, mollify, & at that point desquamate. Corruption of typical skin has been related to abuse of the sedate. At tall concentrations, Salicylic Corrosive includes a caustic impact. Dampness is fundamental for Salicylic Corrosive to apply its activity on the skin and for maceration and desquamation of epidermal tissue to happen. The medication has powerless antifungal & antibacterial action.
