Indications of Dumax 30
Premature ejaculation (PE) is a condition that affects men aged 18 to 64 who have all of the following symptoms:
Ejaculation that is persistent or recurrent, with minimal sexual stimulation before, during, or shortly after penetration, and before the patient’s wishes. As a result of PE and poor ejaculation control, there is significant personal distress or interpersonal difficulty.

Pharmacology
The mechanism of action is thought to be related to serotonin reuptake inhibition in neurons and subsequent potentiation of serotonin activity. The central ejaculatory neural circuit is made up of a highly interconnected network of spinal and cerebral areas. Under the influence of sensory genital and cerebral stimuli, the sympathetic, parasympathetic, and somatic spinal centers integrated.
Dosage & Administration
For all patients, a starting dose of 30 mg is recommended, taken as needed 1 to 3 hours prior to sexual activity. If the effect of 30 mg is insufficient and the side effects are tolerable, the dose can be increased to 60 mg, which is the maximum recommended dose. One dose every 24 hours is the maximum recommended dosing frequency.
Interaction of Dumax 30
In patients with premature ejaculation, the use of Dapoxetine in combination with CNS active medicinal products has not been systematically evaluated. As a result, if Dapoxetine and such medicinal products must be taken at the same time, caution is advised.
Contraindications
Patients with a history of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride hypersensitivity.Significant pathological cardiac conditions such as heart failure (NYHA class II-IV), conduction abnormalities (second or third degree AV block or sick sinus syndrome) not treated with a permanent pacemaker, significant ischemic heart disease, or significant valvular disease.
Side Effect of Dumax 30
Headache, dry mouth, and drowsiness are the most common side effects. Abdominal pain, dyspepsia, nausea, and insomnia are less commonly reported side effects.
Pregnancy & Lactation
Dapoxetine is not recommended for women. Dapoxetine and its metabolites are not known to be excreted in human breast milk.
Precautions & Warnings
Patients with bleeding disorders, epilepsy, angle-closure glaucoma susceptibility, or high intraocular pressure. This product is not intended for use by women. Poor metabolizers of CYP2D6.
